When choosing build sites, we prioritize properties near key community features and ensure our vision aligns with the city's future zoning plans and vision for the area.

Engineering and Planning

We design projects to meet tenants' unique needs and enhance the city's growth plans. We want each build to be as distinct as the people who occupy it.

Entitlement

Flyway handles the entire entitlement process, including building permits, zoning specifications, and city and state approvals, to facilitate a successful project launch.

Construction

We oversee the build process, from site work to vertical construction, employing proven, trusted contractors to ensure consistent quality and financial efficiency.

Lease Up

We hire trusted third-party mangement companies to attract buyers and tenants for our projects aiming for 90% occupancy and higher.

Asset Management

Our Asset Management services help continue to add value to an asset after it is completed. From reducing costs to keeping a project in shape, asset management is key to helping investors achieve increasing returns

Exit

While we build with a long-term perspective, our goal is to achieve a return on investment. When a project is stable and meets our return target, we are willing to consider exit strategies with like-minded buyers.

Investor Profile

Flyway investors are typically accredited and sophisticated, ensuring they can comfortably evaluate opportunities and handle potential risks.

Investing Individuals

Individual investors must meet at least ONE of the following criteria to comply with state and federal securities laws:

Annual income exceeding $200,000 for the past two years

A net worth over $1,000,000

Serving as a director, executive officer, or general partner of Flyway

Investing Entities

Investing entities must meet at least ONE of the following criteria to comply with federal and state securities laws:

Banks, insurers, investment firms, broker-dealers, or benefit plans with over $5M in assets

Trusts with assets over $5M

Entities where all equity owners are accredited investors
