With 25 years of experience in driving financial and organizational growth in both property management and insurance brokering, John's entrepreneurial acumen has led him to expand his multifamily portfolio through acquisition and construction in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas over the past ten years. As the leader of Flyway Ventures, John connects like-minded investors in order to develop community-enhancing multifamily and commercial real estate. To date, his team has managed over 10,000 housing units in the mid-south.

John and his wife, Melissa, enjoy serving their family, community, and church and have three grown children: Allison, Alec, and Ashlee.
