Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in business, contract, and real estate law, specializing in project management, research, technical analysis, and legal writing. She has worked with CEO Chris Woodard since 2014 and now serves as Chief Operations Officer at Flyway Ventures, where she promotes the company’s vision, oversees daily operations, and provides clients with the benefits of her critical thinking, drive for excellence, and relationship management skills.

Originally from northern Minnesota, Rebecca graduated with a B.S. from Moorhead State University. She and her husband, Ken, have lived in Northwest Arkansas since 2005. They have one child, Haley, and a son-in-law, Evan. They enjoy serving their family, church and community. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, cooking with her family, exploring local coffee shops, and walking trails.
